Here’s how to organize your house with one trip to, or order from, Target!
As many times as I’m in Target during the month, I only recently started noticing that they have seriously upleveled their affordable home décor game. I found and love these 12 products from Target that help declutter and organize the major rooms in my home. I know they’ll work for you too!
My favorite part? They’re not generic plastic storage bins! I have enough of those in my basement. (If that’s what you’re looking for, I have these in like every size, they’re stackable and amazing!)
**I order from Target all the time because I get free shipping & 5% off of everything with my Target RedCard. Even if you don’t have a RedCard, Target’s free shipping minimum is only $35. My kids’ Pepperidge Farm Goldfish habit knocks that minimum right out of the park.**

1. Bathroom Organization:
This guy hangs right onto your tub. My daughter loves scooping up her toys with a pail and pouring the toys into the basket, the water comes right out of the bottom.
It’s made of a super-light, sturdy plastic and holds a ton of toys, based on how wide your tub is.
It’s extremely easy to take apart and clean with soap, water and a sponge, I usually just wash it with the dishes and leave it to dry on the dish rack.

2. Kitchen Organization:
Small Storage Bins for Inside the Cabinets
My kitchen cabinet was a nightmare to open, incredibly embarrassing, until I grabbed a few of these baskets. I’m kicking myself for not taking a “before” picture. You’ll never believe how gross this cabinet was!
I really love cloth storage bins, but in the kitchen and bathroom I’m too anxious that something will spill on or inside of them. Plastic or acrylic bins are the way to go, since I can just wash them with soap and water.
I love these because they don’t immediately look like those “plastic” bins you can get at the dollar store. They have more structure and texture to them. I’ve gotten plenty of compliments from people “accidentally” looking for a glass for water!

3. Closet Organization:
Stackable Fabric Closet Storage Box
So, I really don’t like storage boxes in my closet. My problem is that I usually stack things on top of each other, then I have to mess everything up to get to what I want to take out. When I found these, I almost died I was so happy!
They are meant for shoes, But I use them for clothing! They open from the front so I can take things out without excessively disturbing the other stuff inside. And, they have a clear plastic window on the front so I can see inside & don’t have to bother with labels. (I am 100% pro-labels lol but sometimes I just want something to work without me fidgeting with it!)
I also bought a few for my kids’ smaller toys. You know when they get into that collection zone, and suddenly you have ten thousand Polly Pocket accessories? These are perfect because your kids can see inside, and know where everything goes.

4. Livingroom Organization:
I love storage baskets, especially the rope ones. But, it’s hard to find one that isn’t perfectly round. I’m finding that the circular baskets just take up too much space in the room, they stick out too much.
I found this square basket and it just looks really unique and different! Way more interesting than what I’m used to seeing.

5. Bathroom Organization:
At the top of my “grosses me out” list are open containers on my bathroom shelves. Pretty common knowledge by now that flushing the toilet spritzes pretty much everything in there. These canisters from Hearth & Hand (Magnolia!) have a beautiful, neutral color and the lids close securely!
Bathrooms are a great place to flex your decorative muscle, for a few extra dollars. But really why these are so great, is because they actually keep the stuff you’re probably using on your face, or in your mouth, CLEAN.

6. Closet Organization:
Hanging Closet Storage Organizer
I usually Marie Kondo my closet during the first few months of the year, which leaves a decent empty space for this vertical storage. The shelves are actually adjustable, and the hook on the side is hella convenient for belts, scarves or a light handbag.
**Here’s what I use this for: I actually pick out my outfit the night before. Instead of draping it over some random piece of furniture in my bedroom, I use one of the shelves to hold the clothes & accessories.
My only gripe is you have to buy the drawer insert separately. But the drawer is great for belts or headbands, or anything else you would normally grab for.

7. Kids’ Room Organization:
This is an EXTREMELY popular organization piece and for good reason. I love using this for art supplies in the kids’ room, where we don’t necessarily want to purchase a full cabinet, stack a bunch of boxes together, or use up valuable drawer space.
It’s also obviously terrific for kitchen/pantry organization!

8. Kitchen Organization:
I’m actually using this sitting on its side as a sheet pan organizer since I only have one pan. It is SUPER sturdy, meaning it’s not liable to fall over. This is easily the #1 reason why I’m not scratching the crap out of my cookware anymore by stacking it on top of each other.

9. Kitchen Organization:
Clear Pantry Food Storage Containers
These are not only a space saver, but a money saver! I’ve had to toss hundreds of dollars’ worth of food I didn’t use because I forgot I had it. Out of sight, out of mind. These are stackable so they’re neat and tidy, on top of being clear and roomy. It’s much easier to see what food I have, and actually use it up.

10. Kitchen Organization:

11. Paper & Home Office Organization:
3 Ring Binders for Paper Organization
Binders are where it’s at for paper clutter organization. I use one to keep handouts & tests in for each school year, one for my Budget Binder printables, plus a bunch for my blogging stuff.
Target has a really nice selection of pretty binders! I have a hard time finding ones that don’t look like sterile office props anywhere else.

12. Bedroom/Toys Organization:
I don’t know why I was so hesitant to pick these up, but I’m so glad I did! My kids have a boat load of stuffed animals, and they collect so much dust if we leave them out, even in an open bin.
Now we can “put them to sleep” under the bed, close up the box, and the toys stay clean.
These are also perfect for tucking seasonal clothing away.
